Unfortunately sometimes products fail and although we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we will do our best to keep you a satisfied customer. Please understand we work at low margins so can not offer you unlimited services like reimbursement for return shipping or paying for overnight delivery, etc.  We also understand that sometimes you can not return products within the specified timeframe as discussed below and in such cases we still help and work with you: All we ask in return is that you work with us in creating a win-win scenario. 

General Return Policy
  • Returned items require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) which can be obtained by clicking on “Support” found below and then “Click here” under “RMA Request”. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package when returning a product.
  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date issued.
  • All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • No refunds after 30 days
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance to and from us for defective items. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurred during shipping returned items back to us
  • We must receive defective products within the warranty period as described below.
  • Replacement items will be shipped using standard ground or US Postal Service regardless of the shipping service chosen on the original order. Buyers can request premium shipping services such as 3 day air, 2nd day air or overnight delivery but they will then be responsible for the shipping fees
  • If a package is received with visible damage to the outside of the package please refuse it while the courier is still at your location. If you have already accepted an item and it was damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 72 hours so that we can file a claim with our shipping company. After 72 hours we cannot be liable for any damages.
  • Original shipping, insurance, expedited and delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Assemble and/or pre-test fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility of items purchased from us with other items either purchased from us or from somewhere else. Please do all the required research on each product to verify compatibility before you purchase.
  • If a buyer wishes a refund for incompatible products, purchases made by mistake, or working products – the 15% restocking fee will apply and products must be returned within the warranty period.
  • Returned units found to be in working order will be returned at buyer’s expense and will be charged a service fee up to $35 per item.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, not worn or altered and must be returned in the original packaging and include ALL accessories such as documents, manuals, cables and components
  • Any products where the serial numbers were removed or altered will be refused and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
  • An item returned for replacement may be repaired or replaced with the same or similar item depending upon availability at our discretion. If an item returned to us has been discontinued we will try to send it to the manufacture for repair or will send the buyer a comparable replacement product
  • Please understand exchange/repairs or refund is for non-physically damaged products. Physically damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer’s expense. Please see “physical damage” under our terms and conditions for more information.
  • We do not cross-ship replacements for defective items. Buyers can request an Advance Replacement whereby they purchase the same item at regular price and we will refund them once the RMA is returned to us in good condition.
  • As we do not manufacture any of the items we sell, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by defective items purchased to other components owned by the buyer such as electrical shorts, fires, erasure of data, etc.
  • One time use items like CPU fans, thermal paste and opened software are non-refundable
OEM Return Policy

Unless stated otherwise, all items are considered “OEM”, non-retail box products. This includes the terms “White Box” or “Bulk”. OEM products come with a 30 day exchange or refund warranty from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated on the product description (does not include OEM CPUs please see below). Defective OEM items will either be replaced or repaired by the manufacture or distributor depending upon the product. Please note manufacturers do not support OEM products. However, certain items such as OEM hard drives may come with a factory direct warranty, in which case please call us and we will instruct you on how to contact them for RMA instructions. They may choose to repair or replace the item at their discretion.

For OEM products, once shipped, we cannot offer in-depth technical support. Unless we pre-test, we will not guarantee compatibility or performance level of OEM products. Please do all the required research on the product, how to assemble and troubleshoot it before you start the installation process.

New Pulls Return - New pulls are items that were originally installed in computer systems that were never sold and pulled from those systems for resale. These items are in new condition and have the same warranty as new OEM units. These units are also pre-tested prior to shipment so defective units are rare.


Retail Box Return Policy

All items label “retail box” in the item description come with a 30 day refund or exchange policy. Most manufacturers offer additional warranties so please contact them directly to inquire about their specific coverage. We can assist with after 30 day retail box RMAs for a $15 service fee.

SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY

CPU Return Policy

All Retail Box and OEM CPU’s come with a 7 day refund or 30 day exchange from the date of shipping unless otherwise stated in the item description. Most retail box CPU’s come with a 3 year manufacturer-direct warranty so please contact the manufacturer directly for any exchange/repair service after 30 days.

Please note that manufacturers do not support OEM products

Under no circumstances we will not accept physically damaged CPU’s. Over clocking or improper installation of CPU may result in chips or burns. All CPU’s that are chipped, burnt or have bent or broken pins are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Also, please be careful not to over apply thermal paste to your CPU or heatsink. Any paste appearing on CPU pins is also considered physical damage and is ineligible for return.


Motherboard Return Policy

Retail box motherboards come with a 30 day refund or exchange from the date of shipping unless stated otherwise in the item description. Retail box motherboards come with a factory direct 1 to 3 year warranty depending upon the manufacturer. Please contact them directly for any exchange or repair service after 30 days.

When returning motherboards please be sure to include the original retail box, cables, I/O shields, manuals, CD drivers, etc. Incomplete motherboards will be assessed a fee for each missing item. Motherboards returned without a retail box will be refused.

OEM motherboards also labeled “white box” or “bulk” typically come with a 30 day refund or exchange warranty; however, please check the item description as many have warranties less than 30 days. These motherboards are not supported by the manufacturer.

Physically damaged motherboards will be denied and will be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense. Physical damage includes chips, burns, scratches, thermal paste in the CPU socket, bent pins, etc. Please note that any scrapes to the metal around the screw holes caused by over tightening of case screws is also considered physical damage so please be careful when installing your motherboard.


Software Return Policy

Retail box software returned for refund must be unopened and factory sealed and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days. OEM software is non-refundable once shipped.

OEM software is intended for system builders and small OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) who manufacture computer systems and preinstall OEM system builder software onto those systems. Purchasers of this software must comply with the terms of the system builder license of the respective software manufacturer.

We cannot be responsible for software incompatibility. Please contact the software publisher prior to purchase to be sure it is compatible with your system, the system you are purchasing or any existing software you may have. Incompatibility does not qualify as damaged or defective software.


LCD Monitor Return Policy

LCD Monitors are non-refundable, but come with a 30 exchange warranty. In order to be eligible for return there must be eight (8) or more improperly operating pixels in total. Most manufacturers offer a factory-direct 1 to 3 year warranty. It is recommended that the buyer contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty repair or exchange.


Laptop Return Policy

Laptop/Notebooks are non-refundable but come with a 30 day exchange warranty. We will do our best to replace the merchandise as quickly as possible; however, in some situations the items must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. When this occurs, it is out of our hands and the processing time will depend upon the manufacturer.
