• A product being returned without a valid Return Authorization Number.
• Wrong product shipped back to us
• Working products shipped to us
• Mis-configuration or improper installation caused damage
• Improper Packaging caused damage (We recommend when you return anything – Insure it)
• An incomplete return (a return missing accessories, manuals, original packaging without the UPC or bar code intact).
• A product returned that has signs of abuse, for example, a racked cabinet, a broken face plate, etc.
• Any alterations, additions, improvements or attachments to the product(s) not authorized in writing by bzboyz.com shall be solely at the customer's own expense and risk if operation of the product(s) is affected in any way by alterations, improvements, modifications or installation. The warranty will be considered waived by the customer and bzboyz.com shall have no further obligation to the customer.

Products with physical damage

Please note, failure of one component can cause the failure of other components - We are not responsible for any damages which occur as the result for product failure. We respectfully ask that, before you purchase or use any products, please do diligent research on the item you are purchasing.
